Lara’s kiss! 65% Trebbiano Toscano and 35% Falanghina.
Half the Trebbiano is de-stemmed by hand and fermented for 4 days in Mastelloni, half in carbonic maceration for 12 days. Once the fermentation is finished the two masses of Trebbiano are combined.
The Falanghina was de-stemmed and left to macerate in fiberglass for 15 days. The blend was made in steel where it remained for 4 months. One Ripasso!
