Minuccio of Zappacosta winery is produced from 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo vines and produced in Chieti. It has an intense straw yellow color. Pleasantly fruity, marked minerality, good freshness and persistence, long and complex finish. The vinification takes place by cryomaceration for 48 hours and maceration for 48 hours with soft pressing; spontaneous fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel at a temperature of 16-17 degrees. 2 months of batonnage fermentation.
