This blonde in spontaneous fermentation with elderflowers from the brewery’s garden was macerated in 1000-litre sandstone jars, then aged in barrels for 5 months, and finally bottled for natural foaming on slats. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized, unchaptalized, without any chemical inputs and non-carbonated.
