50 % Tintilia, 25% Falanghina and 25% Trebbiano Toscano.
Tintilia is the same grape (and therefore the same processing) as the Carousel, Falanghina had thee same processing as Van Basten, The Trebbiano as the Bacio and the Galeone.
During the bottling phase of the other wines we made the blend which remained in steel for a further month.
